Quick Take #1: There’s no secret to beating Edward Cheserek. You just have to be really, really good.

Sydney McLaughlin May Skip World Champs Even If She Makes The Team

well if she doesn't make the team, it's not really "skipping"

from the lrc preview of world xc
Headline: Video Tour of 2017 World Cross Country Course and Its PIT with Photos
Text: Wimps should stay home as this pit has the “PIT”, two steep hills, one with a 90 degree turn, is almost never straight. Repeat that 5 times.

Kampala may be the City of the 7 Hills, but the course is at a former airstrip, so the course with the exception of 3 hills is pancake flat.

Don’t let the fact the majority of this course is pancake flat deceive you, this course is way more difficult than any course you’ll see at the NCAA Championships in America.

Throw in the fact the course is almost never straight, it is constantly meandering, and you have a fair contest.

Really, that's what makes a contest fair?

NXN Champ Brie Oakley Wins In Photo Finish With Allie Schadler In Girls Mile At Chandler Rotary Invitational Oakley was given the win in 4:46.97 to Schadler’s 4:46.98, but at the 1600m split, Schadler was actually winning 4:45.39 to 4:46.43.

Jordan Hasay finished fifth in 67:55 to join Molly Huddle and Deena Kastor as just the third American ever under 68:00 on a record-eligible course on a glorious spring day in Prague

What are the chances??

If the “B” Sample is positive (ITBSIP), Sumgong will be banned from the sport for four years.

ITBSIP, what we all witnessed at the Rio Olympics was a sham and that is a shame.

ITBSIP, it may be hard for anyone in the group to get in a race.

And speaking of the World Marathon Majors, ITBSIP this was a very costly mistake for Sumgong

Want proof of how EPO makes you faster? Check out Sumgong’s career progression (ITBSIP).

This one is unfair because it's obviously a typo, but:
Schweizer also ran and won the 50000

This sounds like a good time to hit the lavatory and the snackbar.
