AM: 12.5 miles reverse saunders (jumbo) Got out mid-afternoon. I really felt like shit, even after getting a ton of sleep last night (like 11 hours) I still felt tired. The whole run just felt harder than it should have. Ran with nutters for a bit on the trail

Saturday November 15th, 2008: 7 miles
AM: 7 miles regionals junk mileage in pittsburgh for the regionals meet. I got a terrible night's sleep on friday so I was really groggy waking up. I went out with elo and hilary for a run in the morning, went through frick park with them then doubled back and returned on my own. I jogged a little before the men's race, ran around a lot during the race, then jogged another 30 mins with poin, boyce, patton, and faraz before the women's race.

Thursday November 13th, 2008: 10.5 miles
AM: 10.5 miles (1:27:00 min) (0:05/pace) fartlek loop Bit of a harder effort. I started out tired and slow but the first hill woke me up a bit. I thought I was going at a decent pace but it turned out to be 8+, must be the early hour.

AM: 5.5 miles (1:27:00 min) (0:05/pace) trails Just two trails, I went a little shorter because I had an appt at 8:15.

Tuesday November 11th, 2008: 8 miles
AM: 8 miles (1:27:00 min) (0:05/pace) trails I did three easy trails. My legs were really tired so I took it pretty easy. The weather is the perfect level of cold, in which I start out feeling really cold but I'm sweating a bit by the end.
