PM: 8.5 miles Ran 7 x 1 minute on 1 minute off with Zack. Then lengthened rest to 1:30. 2 mile warm up and 2 mile warm down. On periods were a tad under 6 minute pace and off periods were a tad under minutes.

PM: 5 miles Ran slowly after softball.

PM: 8 miles Ran with Zack and Roth. Ran a few miles in the middle at 6:30ish pace. Felt pretty strong. Had a lot left in the tank at the end.

Sunday July 24th, 2011: 10 miles
AM: 10 miles (75 min) (7:30/pace) Ran with spice guy. Explored the neighborhood we will be moving to next week. Measured all sorts of grass loops around grant park and what not. Felt fantastic. Hopefully it cools off a bit next week and I can get in some good training.

PM: 0 miles Off. Had to stay up all night... software release. Body was feeling terrible.
