Summary: in case anybody didn't know, I decided to take a break and took 3 weeks off. I think maxamizing my time training with other people would be best. So.. I'm a little fatter and i've lost all shape completely. Excited to get back into things.
Summary: left leg felt really bad. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I haven't been drinking enough milk.... or fruit for that matter.
Summary: did a few drills afterwards. Legs are getting used to running again. My schemes are at full tilt right now
