Saturday: 5 miles AM: shakeout 1 miles PM: bryn mawr 4 miles felt exhausted. Haven't been getting enough sleep. Knee felt about the same as it did yesterday. Not sure if the exercises are working. I tried icing today, think I might continue with it, even though I don't believe in icing, the knee seems to be really inflammed, so I'm gonna try it out.
