Summary: warmup 2 miles, 6x200 with 200 rest in 34, 33, 33, 34, 32, 34 felt smooth throughout. Throat felt about the same as yesterday. Drinking a lot of OJ and liquids, really want to be 100% for the derby.
Summary: Marathon Training Day 1 Baby. Felt very relaxed and very good.
Summary: ok, so doing that 18 miler the first day was stupid, especially in a new pair of shoes. Both achilles, right knee and right foot all hurt.
Summary: took it easy do to all the soreness
Summary: everything feels better, but still some sorness.
Summary: felt good for about 7 miles, then the last mile my foot started to hurt. stopped to stretch my foot out then just walked the last quarter mile on the golf course home.
Summary: foot hurt like hell, ran a mile then walked back.
Summary: took it very very easy, foot felt ok
