Friday: 10 miles AM: shakeout 1 miles PM: princeton 5k 9 miles 15:45. I was hoping to run at least 15:10, however things went horribly wrong. Went out the first mile in 4:50 which was fine, died hard during the second mile. Was wheezing pretty bad, but tried to stay with it. Had the dry heaving again during the last lap. That makes 4 races spanning since january where I've dry heaved. Something is definitely wrong. I'm gonna call reggie's dad on monday to make an appointment. Barton suggested it might be ashtma which makes sense cuz I had problems with it in high school, so if he gets this right Barton will be going 2 for 2 in his online diagnosisesiesies. In the mean time I'm just going to get back to quality mileage while I try to figure it out.
