Wednesday: 10 miles AM: 0 miles PM: Goat City Hill Loop 10 miles Ran with Sherman. Cold out today. We went out pretty easy, picked it up slightly on the first hill. Took it easy again when we got to the top of Summit and worked pretty hard up Righters Mill--at least a lot harder than I've done recently. Pushed up a little bit on the last hill, but overall pretty moderate. Felt good to get the legs moving. Think I'm going to try for more "pounding" runs instead of workouts for a bit.
