8 miles AM: Wheaton Morning Run
8 miles Slept on a camping pad in Phil's basement, so not a great night of sleep. But that actually made it easier to get up at 6 am to get out for the run, since I wasn't in a comfortable bed. Still dark out. Went out for 25 minutes then turned back so I didn't get lost. When I got back to the house I looped around for a while till I got to 64 minutes. That's it for today--rest of the day I was at a conference put on by the magazine. PM: 0 miles
