Saturday: 24 miles AM: workout 24 miles 10 miles at around 7 min pace then 2x6 mile with 3 min rest. splits: 6:00, 5:46, 5:56, 5:53, 5:52, 5:46 5:45, 5:54, 5:51, 5:58, 5:54, 5:49 very glad I didn't decide to do the 3x6 mile, this was hard enough as it was. Felt relaxed on everything but the last 2-3 miles the achiness was really starting to set in on my legs, which is the whole point of the workout. Total time on the run 2:42.
