5.5 miles 7:00/pace pace Did a fartlek workout-first one of the season. 15 minute warm up, 8 intervals of one minute at 5K pace with one minute rest in between at regular distance run pace. 10 minute cooldown at the end, a little slower than regular distance run pace. Did workout at GCC hills at 9:30 in cool weather. Legs a little sore afterward because it was first hill workout. Did 30 minutes of weightlifting later on. PM: 0 miles
