Summary: Today was cold, wet, windy day. However, this did not dampen my spirits during the run today. I ran with golato, riccio, and gus. We started out with a road loop to warm up because it was pretty cold outside and then we ran to the tempo loop start, which made it about a 20 minute warmup. At the start of the tempo loop, I was feeling really good and throughout the entire loop, I felt very relaxed until the very end when my mid distance compatriots decided to close at a very fast clip. This is good practice for the end of races i suppose. We ended up finshing our tempo loop in 22:40, which averages out to 5:40 per mile, which is what we anted to hit. It was still pretty light out, so we cooled down with a trail. Back inside the field house Gus and I did four sets of jog a 200, stride a 200. I was going to do core, but I had to go to an economics talk, which turned out to be really bad. It's okay though, because dinner was awesome (catered from a Chinese place) and it is the first night of HANUKKAH!
Summary: Today was a very nice easy day. The weather was nice, and I ended up running trails with Late Night and we had a great talk about the season, and about what track is going to be like. Late night peeled off at the end and I finished with some other goats on the way back from man course. I was definately feeling my tempo run today during my run, but I felt mroe after I was done. I like this feeling cause it means that I have been workning hard.
Summary: I ran with faraz today! We did golf courses, and oh boy did we have a great tlk about superheroes. I felt really good today, and my production of yellow snot has slowed tremendously so I am definately feeling good bothe mentally and phsyically.
Summary: Today I went out for a run with Sturner. We ran thorugh west philly. i really liked this run, cause I have never been to that part of the city, so it was really cool to see somewhere new. The only problem today was my ankle was really sore because I got kicked last night. It felt during the run, but it was pretty rough afterwards.

Summary: I spent an hour on the bike and did core. I was getting some sharp pain in my knee, so I figured that since we have a workout tomorrow, it makes more sense for me to take it a little easier and make sure that i am well rested and in good condition for the workout and meet this coming week.
Summary: Today was my first workout ever, on an indoor track. We started with a trail to warmup and then went right into the workout. We did 2 1600s at 530 pace, 2 400s at 74 pace, and 2 200s at 34 pace. WE had a minute rest in between all of these. After the 200s, we had a 6min recovery and then we did a negative split mile, and we finished the workout with a 5min mile. I felt really relaxed during the first two 1600s, but I miscounted my laps on the last one, so I was out of sync and stressed on the last 200. The thing taht killed me today was that my right ankle has been a little sore lately and constantly plantin my right foot to make the turns was a little uncomfortable. But, pain is weakness leaving the body.
Summary: Did an awesome 5-co today with anders, fuentes, gus, and skippy. I really liked this run. Had some good conversation, nice route, went by quickly. Once again, my right ankle was really uncomfortable, but once we got into the meat of the run, it calmed down a little. I really like finishing my runs at night because the air is crisp and smells like winter. I hope teh xmas decorations in the surrounding neighborhoods get better.

Summary: Today I did boy courses with gabe, galato, igor, stacks, neynlds, and chesty. It is nice to take a break from the intensity of man course and just relax on boy course. It was pretty cold today and I need to start remembering to wear socks on my hands instead of gloves. Did strides afterwards. I think I am going to have a good race on saturday

Summary: Today was my first indoor track meet ever! needless to say i was pretty pumped. I ran the 5k today and i felt pretty good going into the race. Gus and I dd a warmup together and I went through my normal routine of drills and stretches. The gun went off and my first indoor 5k was underway. I went out in 503 and I felt preety relaxed I was in a pack wiht elias, gus, and peter kissin. The scond mie was 504 and I was pretty happy that I had been able to stay consistent with my splits. I began to break down on the last mile though. I dont know what happened, but I think that because I was trying to run other peoplees races instead of my race, I got a little ahead of myself and tried to make a move that I couldn't handle to early in teh race. I ended up finishing with a time of 15:56, which Im really happy with, but I wish I could have run a better race.
Summary: Today I went out for a lonely windy solo long run. Since I dont know how to do saunders on my own yet, I stuck with golf courses and I actually ended up runnign into skippy, nuts, and siqs, so that was nice. I ended the run on trails. I felt pretty good today, and im glad I got my ru out of the way before the nasty weather rolled up.

Summary: Today I did boy course and trails with stacks. I felt really good today, but I think taht toda was one of the worst days weatherwise. The wind really cut into you like a knife and it was pretty cold on top of the wind. However, you just had t buck up and fight through the weather, its part of teh job description of being a runner.

Summary: Today I decided to my long run and get it out of the way. It was the first time iver ever done a distance this long on my own, it was a nice time to collet my thoughts and think about things. I felt really good for the run, except for right near the end where I was getting to the en of my run, and lunch, and almost stopped at 12 miles, but Im glad I kept it going.
Summary: ran with an old buddy this morning, he is really out of shape. He is going to have a roug time during track season, I felt great, did some strides aftwards going to florida, so it will be nice to get out of the cold
Summary: It is really really flat out here in ft lauderdal. It is also really hot, I went out for a run today and was surprised to find that I was really sore for some reason. It was also lonely, i miss running with people.

Summary: the last thing I wanted to do today was go for a run, but once I got out there I got lost up in my stride, so I ende up doing a full run, and I feel more accomplsihed because of it.
Summary: I have to start by giving props to Sir John Macneely because until now I doubted how comfortable running pants are, but I recently acquired a pair and it has been all I have been wearing around the house. I broke in a new pair of shoes today, teh Asics DS Trainers. The Physical therapist who works with my grandpa said I looked liked I needed a shoe with some more inner foot support because I have a kinda flat left foot. To relieve the monotony of running down here, I went exploring and found a sweet park called Patch Reef Park. There was this awesome trail goign around the park called teh Fit Trail and every quarter mile or so there was some sort of pole or bar for different exercises (Push ups, pull ups, calf stretches etc..) I thought it was a whole mess of fun, I did a couple of the exercises to. After finishing the run though, my hip flexors were incredibly sore, which may be from breaking in new shoes.
Summary: Really sore today, but I managed to drag myself out of the house to do a run, I think I could have gone a half mile further, but I was lazy. In other news,multiple people asked me if I was wearing girls shoes on my run because the laces are white with an orange outline which actually makes them look pink. In other words, i will be getting new shoelaces.
Summary: I did not have a chance to run today because I had to trave all day, and by the time I got home I was not in any sort of mind to run in the dark dismal weather. It was nice to have a day off though.
Summary: My mom heard some story about a lady who slipped on ice while she was running and ended up in the icu for like 6 days. So today, when I told my other I was goign running she told me to march back inside because according to her, teh roads were to icy for me to run on. So, i truged back inside. Luckily we have an eliptical trainer, so I hopped on that for about and hour and half, did core. Going on the elliptical really makes me miss running outside, even when I get to watch looney tunes for an hour and a half
Summary: Today i got in a solid 8 miles with some old high school buddies. It was also my first run this year on snow. Made my feet pretty cold cause my new shoes have some sort of material on the toes that lets in cold air. Needless to say, my toes were cold. Its alright though, I felt good today.

Summary: twas a grey winter morn when all through the abode not a creature was stirring except for avi the goat. He walked across the street to the local high school track, drive and confidence was something he did not lack. The workout started with a two mile jog to get the muscles warm and out of the bog. To start avi ran 7 400 repeats, bold, strong, and fleet of feet. His times were consistent on each subsequent run, he made 75 seconds look like it was fun. Having finished some quarters, avi started up with some two-hundred intervals to make sure that his workout was done in full. 36 seconds was the magic number this time, avi would have been arrested if punctuality was a crime. His workout complete, avi jogged two miles more and trudged home, proud, but sore.
Summary: I ran with my buds from high school today, the trail was muddy and i managed to twist my ankle 6 times. It hurt alot, but i managed to get through the run. And if this day couldnt hurt me any more, i managed to pull a muscle in my back while helping my mom garden.
Summary: I felt like I had been run over by a train this morning, so I went out to run, but I felt like I would be better off with an easy 5 miler today. I felt really good after the run so I lifted and did core
