Stopped by the gym at 6 on my way back to Indianola. 10 min ellipitcal (4 min forward/1 back x 2, level 16). 5 or 6 min walking on the treadmill, 2.0 incline. Felt great at first so I bumped up the pace pretty quickly, but then I started to get a little pain so I stopped. Some calf raises, squats, core work, then 12 min on the bike - hill circuit @ 16. Took it easy since I'll be back in PT in a matter of 10 hours or so.
