6 miles 7:40/pace pace ran three road loops and a little bit extra. i wanted to keep it flat and easy today since i haven't been feeling good. i felt much better today than i did yesterday and running is fine, but i still have a cold. its more of an annoyance than a hinderance at this point. the workout tomorrow should be a good indication if i'm still ok.
