Monday:

8 miles Back at it. Went pretty hard today, thought it would be harder than it was to get back into it. 12 minutes Nu-Step, some squats and leg extensions (this seems to be where I lost the most strength). 15 minutes total on the bike - the last 3 minutes the seat was all the way down, which made it much harder. Some leg presses and jumps on the leg press sled in between sessions on the bike. A little bit of fast walking around the hallways with resistance. 12 minutes on the elliptical at the end.
