35 minute warmup into 6x200 at 40s going down to 34s
nice way to strecth out the lges with some glorified strides. I am going to get lots of rest today while i watch disney movies. ALL DAY PM: 3 miles
Did a nice rainy shakout, hope the course on saturday is not incredibly muddy
