0 miles decided to do exercise bike(45 minutes) today instead of running because it was so hot outside. it was 90 degrees at 7 in the morning, which is way too hot. i sweat more than normal, so i would have been dehydrated within ten minutes of running. i tried running in this type of weather before and it leaves me wrecked for a long time. i would rather sacrifice a few days of mileage than risk that.
