Tuesday: 13 miles AM: 3 miles Nice morning run felt really good! PM: Hill Loop 10 miles 6:80/pace pace Did a reverse hill loop today! I thought it was much easier than regular hill loop, but maybe that is because I felt phenomenal today. Even on the last hill, where I usuaully feel like crap, I felt like money today. I think all of the training is paying off so far, and I am really going to keep an eye on myself and make sure I am eating the right things and getting enough sleep
