Summary: Back from two weeks of travel. Working from home today to get caught up. Rainy all day but I took a break at 3 and ran on the paved roads.
Summary: Feeling sick from the travel, so I went short.

Summary: Working from home today, so I was able to go out for my first run in ages. Slightly windy, but it was nice out--about 60 degrees. Ran out to the stop sign at Pollack Road and back. Felt better than I expected until about halfway back, when my ITB tightened up and I felt some pain in the bad ankle.
Summary: Really long day of work. It wasn't much, but I made sure I biked a bit before I got going.
Summary: Out first thing in the morning. Kept it short and went slow.
Summary: I had the day off so I went out in the early afternoon. Beautiful out, but I had to stop a few times for dogs and mud.
Summary: Did the loop in reverse. Felt good most of the time, but I turned my ankle when I got back into the yard.
