Did a nice long warmup since I was feeling particularly tight today.
Started off with an 800 at 2:12. THis felt really good.
Then we went into 10x200 at 31-32. We hit the pace perfectly every time. I led a good number of these, and it felt so good to be stretching out and really running through these repeats. I felt fresh after every one of these. This is definately the best Ive felt in at least a week and a half.
