Thursday: 5 miles AM: trails 5 miles 7:36/pace pace got out of lab around 4:50 and didn't have time to go to practice, so i ran around 7:30ish. i felt great aside from my left hamstring. it feels kind of like it did when i pulled it but less painful. hopefully it'll clear up on its own because i have no intention of taking time off unless it gets a lot worse. my arms and obliques were pretty sore too, which probably means i was twisting a lot over the hurdles. i need to focus on staying straight over the hurdles and not waste energy flailing my upper body as i go over each hurdle. i iced my hamstring after the run.
