Friday: 0 miles AM: 0 miles lifted and did core after work. after multiple attempts to make a physical therapy/orthopedist appointment, Rothman institute finally called me back and I have an appointment for next Friday. I wanted to try them before going to Rob (Ivo's doctor) because Rob is much more expensive than seeing an orthopedist ($40 instead of $250) so its worth a shot. If I feel like it isn't helping, then I'll just go see Rob instead. My hamstring has been starting to feel a little better recently. It hasn't seized up in a while and walking a lot isn't as painful as it used to be. its still really tight when i try to extend it too far and I can still feel a knot of muscle when I walk too fast, but progress is progress.
