5 miles 7:48/pace pace i spent most of the day at the HHMI poster symposium today since i had to present in the morning. i stretched after it was over. I felt really tired on my run. my legs were shot, probably from standing up for 3+ hours. i still managed to get through the run, but i felt exhausted afterward. on the brightside, my hamstring did not hurt while running but was tight after finishing.
