Saturday: 14 miles AM: 1 miles shakeout PM: TCNJ 13 miles Ran the 1500 today in 401 for a 5 second pr Beautiful weather today for a nice run. Before i started I talked to Joiss about how to run this and he recommended making a move at 800 and trying to just hang on because while i may not have the most speed, I have some strength. I got out much slower than I needed and wasted some strength trying to move to the front. at 800 to go I made a move, it was good, but I don't think it was good enough in retrospect. I ended up in good position with 150 to go and might have won, but I pulled up and slowed down with like 15 meters to go. I think that in the future I need to make sure that I run all thw way through the line. nice to see that I have gotten a little faster since last year.
