It was sunny and not too cold out in the early afternoon so I decided to get in a long run on the usual Nissequogue loop. Felt really good right from the start and pretty much felt good the entire way. Stayed under 7 min pace for most of the way and even by the end did not feel too tired, making this the best long run I have had in a couple months.
