Wednesday:
8 miles AM: Strong Neck
8 miles 7:22/pace pace Ran first thing this morning and it was grey and overcast but not as cold as yesterday. I went out to Strong Neck and again did a little more exploratory running, this time running out on the private property trail by the horse farm that goes to Brewster road and the giant Spycoast farm, then on a couple other side roads including the charmingly named Four Winds road. Overall an enjoyable run and I felt pretty good. PM: 0 miles
