AM: 10 miles workout 12x400 2 mile warm up. 1 lap recovery between reps. first few around 77/76, next few were 76/75, a couple of 74, last two were 72 and 71. felt pretty good.

AM: 11 miles mostly around 7:14. last few were 7:11, and final one was 6:44. Tried to uptick that last one to see what was comfortable and speculate marathon pace. 6:44 was discouraging. I was hoping 6:20-6:30 was going to feel like floating.
