Really? I believe that picture is from my freshman year. I was recently looking thru my log, and found this from the same season during my freshman year.
Monday Dec12- Ran a 9:51 (10:33 3200). 5:05 first mile. Tried to cover moves made by Marsden, with Miles following. Injection of pace was too much after 1200 (3:47). Poindexter rolled by me in the latter laps, held of Danny over the last 1k. Good effort for being where I am with my base training. 6.25 miles. -Hildog
I'm also sure that that 9:51 3k was faster than your 2xNot Qualifying for Conference your freshman year, buddy! -yup!
Doubles are good, as they will help your metabolism burn for longer during the day. -Guilf
