AM: 2 miles Ran on treadmill...too sore from hills yesterday to run outside on the hills again today. Did ab workout afterwards. Less sore after run...thank goodness!

AM: 3 miles Home. Ran up hill to Irey plan. Butt sore day after from all of the hills which I haven't run in a really long time. Also was wheezing (stridors) for a while after, even after got out of shower. Hope asthma is not returning..

AM: 2 miles On treadmill....cold and raining outside, again.

AM: 4 miles Slow 4 miles with old bees while visiting Philly! I miss having people to run with all of the time...

AM: 3 miles Last run for the summer by school. Ran up by water pump, through neighborhoods for a bit, and then back Hope Lane.

Monday May 12th, 2008: 3 miles
AM: 3 miles freezing (45 degrees) and raining outside so ran on treadmill. Felt good, but had to stop at 3mi to go to a meeting. Started slow because felt crappy yesterday, but every 1/2 or 1 mile, would increase speed until going really fast by the last .5 mile.

AM: 2.5 miles Ran slow. Really sore from lifting yesterday. Down Hope Drive, back through Briarcrest.
