PM: 2.5 miles Trail Back at Haverford for the day. Did a trail about mid afternoon. Moving at a decent pace. Was really really hot at that point in the day.
Friday July 24th, 2009: 2 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 2 miles Woke up early and did 2 miles with my roommate. Driving to Haverford in the afternoon so this will be the only run I?ll do. Went just over 8 minute pace b/c roomate?s not in great shape but was actually felt good the rest of the day despite a little less sleep than I would have liked.
Thursday July 23rd, 2009: 3 miles

PM: 3 miles Just did 3 miles today and then went to see a movie. Felt fine today after two harder days.
Wednesday July 22nd, 2009: 9 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 9 miles Run with group from running store. Got a little bit turned around getting there. So while it?s only like a mile ended up being 1.5 from my house. Group of about 5 guys. We stayed around 7 minute pace. One dude who rans for tufts in the late 90?s was there. Having been training solo since graduation, this was by far the best I?ve felt on an uptempo run. Ended up doing about 9 total with the extra bit at the end and the beginning. Overall felt about as good as I have at the end of any run. Pretty spent but not necessarily soar. Also was on the quick side for yesterday so 2 quicker runs in a row feeling pretty good. Think I?ll try to keep running with these guys, also looking for a running club but in the interim seems like a good group to run with every once in a while.
Tuesday July 21st, 2009: 4.5 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 4.5 miles 4.5 miles quick from house and then on blackstone.not a lot of people on the trail on blackstone so that was good. Looped back down on hope street and then tacked on a little via exploratory by hope high school.
Monday July 20th, 2009: 4 miles
AM: 0 miles
PM: 4 miles Wanted to go for longer today but not feeling great. Got up to Lippet park, turned around and then just cut over after going part way down blackstone.
Friday July 17th, 2009: 3 miles

PM: 3 miles Just did 3 miles today and then went to see a movie. Felt fine today after two harder days.
